The key to growing any business is about two things...

Marketing and innovation...

But most businesses are putting almost all of their efforts on the innovation to try to fulfill every clients' demands...

However, it's the marketing and not innovation, that is the oxygen that determines the survivability of any business...

This lesson cost me 6 figures when my partner and I self-funded a software startup and believed the myth that "When you build it, they will come", which led to the termination of the business in the end...
